1774 Revolution

The town votes to "totally lay aside use of all teas on which a duty is payable or hath been paid by virtue of an act of the British Parliament."

On May 2 they will vote to "ready" as many men as possible to reinforce the Continental Army near Boston, if needed.

Reverend Ebenezer Morse has been found guilty of toryism; his arms and ammunition are taken, and his travel is restricted.
